NHL playoff action rolls along, the second round is one of the best times of the year to watch hockey, maybe even the best. There’s usually two games on a night, no time conflicts and it’s easy to keep up. All the teams have won a round of the playoffs, so there’s no one around that doesn’t belong at this point of the year. It’s intense but still enough going on with four ongoing series all playing out at the same time.
The Penguins are way out of the picture but the Pittsburgh area always has strong hockey TV ratings. Which leads to the subject of today’s poll, how much of a rooting interest are we carrying this spring? We’ll have two questions today, one for the heart and one for the head. Who is preferred winner of the Cup this season and for feelings aside, which team do you actually think is going to win it? Could well be the same choice for both, if you’re so inclined.
