Nine years ago today, Lord Stanley’s Cup returned to Pittsburgh and traveled down the Boulevard of the Allies after the Penguins won their first of back-to-back championships.
Days prior, the Penguins were victorious over the San Jose Sharks to win the 2016 Stanley Cup and bring the hardware back to Pittsburgh with them.
