Pirates News: Former pitcher signs with Padres, former top prospect DFA’d, World Baseball Classic

Former Pirates pitcher Marco Gonzales signed a minor league deal with the Padres, Tsung-Che Cheng was DFA’d again, and two more Pirates players will represent their respective countries at the World Baseball Classic.
