Pirates throw newest call-up into the fire immediately in Wednesday lineup

The Pittsburgh Pirates replaced Oneil Cruz with Ronny Simon following his collision with Jack Suwinski. Simon was immediately thrown into the lineup Wednesday against the Milwaukee Brewers.
