PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – According to a report, the Pirates have agreed to a minor-league deal with pitcher Chasen Shreve.
ESPN’s Jeff Passan says that the Pirates have signed the 30-year-old pitcher to a deal that guarantees Shreve $1.5 million if he makes the MLB roster.
Shreve most recently spent time with the New York Mets, compiling a 1-0 record and 3.96 ERA.
