The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals are both dealing with COVID-19 issues heading into their Week 10 matchup at Heinz Field.
The Pittsburgh Steelers’ issues surrounding the coronavirus have been widely known since Monday. After Vance McDonald tested positive for the virus, the Steelers were forced to place Ben Roethlisberger, Vince Williams, Jerald Hawkins and Jaylen Samuels on the Reserve/COVID-19 List as they were considered high risk due to their contact with McDonald.
The Steelers’ Week 10 opponent, the Cincinnati Bengals, are going through their own COVID-19 issues leading up to the game at Heinz Field this Sunday.
Updated list of Bengals players on the team’s COVID-19 list:
— OL Fred Johnson
— DT Margus Hunt

There are a lot of names there for the Bengals, so here are the names of Bengals players who are currently on the COVID/Reserve List heading into Week 10:
Not nearly the high profile names like Roethlisberger and Williams for the Steelers, but these players being placed on the Reserve list most certainly will impact how the Bengals work leading up to Joe Burrow’s first game against the Steelers.
With cases of coronavirus sky rocketing throughout the country, it has become blatantly clear the NFL, and more importantly the players, will have to remain diligent to prevent this from altering the schedule more than it has already. Cases are going to happen, but avoiding situations like we all saw in the Titans organization earlier in the season are what cannot happen as cold/flu season approach.
