When your team is 9-0, you never know who might want to shout you out. Mike Tomlin saw that firsthand on Wednesday.
Earlier today, LeBron James used his always active Twitter account to “salute” Tomlin for no particular reason at all. He just wanted to make sure the longtime head coach was getting his just due.
Tomlin responded to the love shown by King James, returning the favor from his own account.
“Much love and respect bro!” the Steelers’ head coach wrote.

Under Tomlin, Pittsburgh is off to a 9-0 start, the only undefeated team left in the NFL. Still, the job is far from over, as Tomlin made clear on Tuesday.
“The only thing that’s perfect about our team is our record,” Tomlin told reporters yesterday.
