Russell Wilson is “forever grateful” for his time with the Seattle Seahawks. And on Tuesday, the franchise sent their former QB a gift.
Via his social media accounts, the nine-time Pro Bowler received one of the team’s throwback jerseys with his name and number on it.
“Seahawks super, super grateful you guys sent me this. Obviously, a lot of amazing memories there and so you guys sending me this means the world to me,” Wilson said in the video. “Forever grateful.”

After an incredible decade-long run in Seattle and a couple bumpy years with the Broncos, Wilson now finds himself looking for another fresh start in Pittsburgh.
