These two teams played in Buffalo last season with the Bills making short work of the Steelers en route to a 26-15 win. Buffalo enters this weekend’s game as a significant favorite as well.
While he had high praise for Allen, he also had a warning for him. Butler thinks Allen needs to keep his head on a swivel while carrying the ball as a runner.
“If you’re going to run the ball, that ball attracts a lot of attention in the NFL. There’s usually a price to pay. We’ll see what happens in the game,” Butler said.

It’s an interesting warning from the Steelers assistant coach, but one that could only come from a defensive coordinator. Butler wants his defense to set the tone, which won’t come easily against Buffalo.
The Bills have one of the most potent offenses in the NFL thanks to Josh Allen’s rocket arm and ability to run. During last season’s matchup between the Steelers and Bills, Allen racked up over 260 yards of offense and two touchdowns.
