The former Colt and Buccaneer has reportedly agreed to a deal in Pittsburgh.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have reportedly made another free agent acquisition on Saturday as NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports the Steelers are signing former Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive lineman Joe Haeg.

Drafted in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL draft by the Indianapolis Colts, Haeg spent four seasons in Indy where he started 35 of 55 games. Signing a one-year, $2.3 million contract with the Buccaneers last offseason, Haeg started three games for the Super Bowl champions during the regular season. Most notably, Haeg dropped a touchdown pass in the the second quarter of the Super Bowl last February.

Although listed as a guard and a tackle, it is undetermined at this time where Haeg will fit into the Steelers plans along the offensive line.

At this time, neither of the length of the contract or the amount for Joe Haeg has been reported.

After a relatively quiet free agency period, the Steelers made their first splash move on Friday by re-signing wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster. The Steelers followed up this action by adding a couple of low profile free agent signings on Saturday as it has previously been reported the Steelers have signed former Detroit Lions’ special teams player Miles Killebrew.
