Steelers rookie QB Will Howard returns to practice, remains on IR

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Will Howard throws during a minicamp practice in June at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex. A rookie, Howard was cleared to return to practice Wednesday but remains on the injured reserve list because of a finger injury.

For the first time during the regular season, Pittsburgh Steelers rookie quarterback Will Howard participated in practice on Wednesday.
